Ok, I have to say the TI-30Xa solar Texas Instruments calculator is by far the most useful calculator I’ve ever used. It is ideal for Algebra students entering high school. I have been using mine for over 3 years and have gotten lots of useful time out of it, for the affordable price I paid. This is also a great calculator for Science as it is a scientific calculator.


To take full advantage of all this calculator in particular has to offer, I highly recommend that you take some time to review the handbook to familiarize yourself with all different features. So you can get the most out of the TI-30Xa solar Texas Instruments calculator. Also there is a nifty small sheet of black paper slipped behind the calculator that tells all the basics. Very useful if you need some quick info.


There are many basic features to the TI-30Xa solar Texas Instruments calculator. Including the APD (Automatic Power Down) a very handy feature turns off the calculator automatically if no key is pressed for about 5 minutes, but does not clear display, settings, pending operations, or memory. I do not recommend using the TI-30Xa solar Texas Instruments calculator for Calculus or in depth Trigonometry. Although, it performs the basic functions Texas Instruments sells certain calculators specialized especially for those subjects.

If you go to the right place you should be able to find this calculator very affordable. I bought mine for $11.50. at the local Staples. I just recently went price comparing and found the TI-30Xa solar Texas Instruments calculator is cheaper in the department stores and office supplies stores. I wouldn’t bother going to any other stores because the price can range anywhere from $10.00-25.00. which is ridiculous. And as always on all TI Calculators there is a One-Year Limited Warranty.


To sum it up, this calculator will give you years of thorough use. Also it will give you reliability too. From my experience using it I have found it is way more convenient and simpler to use than other calculators. In some cases even cheaper. Right now this has to be as good as it gets with calculators that provide more than basic features that can be affordable at the same time.
