Hooper's Texas Chainsaw Massacre II

I rented this movie thinking it would suck, but it was actually, one of my favorite horror movie, this could very well be even better than the first. It sure is scarier, but like most of Tobe Hooper's movies there is no T&A! It does not bother me too much though. So anyway I loved this movie, because it had great acting, great gore, and it was just plain cool. I loved the story too. The only problem is that one of the gore scenes is a little to fake, but its not that hard to ignore. I think I will purchase the uncut version on ebay soon, so I can't wait to see what kinds of gore is instore for me! Heres the plot.

The crazy Texas family is still alive, and they are still killing people to make chili, and there winning all kinds of awards for it! But things start to go down the "crapper" when Stretch (Williams) a sexy radio DJ tapes one of the killings on a tape. So they track her down. Until a bad-a$$ lawman named Lefty (Hopper) saves her with the lord on his side, and he has a lot of chainsaws. So he is there to put an end to those freaks, and send them to hell were they belong.

One thing about the family now is that they have turned into the three stooges. They are really funny, but they are also scary. Its like the Cypt Keeper he may be funny, but he scares the hell out of people. Sure this movie is funny, but it also can be scary! I really admire that, I really admire Tobe Hoopers work. This is probably a horror comedy. And I'm sure a lot of people like that. I just really loved this movie, and I would reccomend it to horror fan, or even a comedy fan! So if you like comedy's and horror than you should love this movie! Thats one of the main reasons I loved this movie. Leatherface also lost some wait in this. He is now a little bit more skinny. Another thing that got to me was Leatherface, has a heart in this movie, he is actually nice to Stetch, and he does not want to kill her. Leatherface really needs to get laid. LOL! Now I'll tell you about the acting.

Dennis Hopper (Lefty) is so great in this movie I was really impressed by his performance. He looked pretty bad a$$ in this! Cariline Williams (Stretch) is also really good she is sexy, smart, and she screams on key! I really thought the acting was great. Bill Johnson was a great Leatherface he was good, and scary.

Tobe Hooper did a great job, but he should have focused on making this movie more scary, sure the humor was great but it could have been scarier. I sure it would still scare the pants of someone though. He also had some nice shots. So what are waiting for go rent it!
