Author's Review

The Week magazine is a top gift idea for almost everyone on your shopping list. It is chock full of all types of articles from entertainment news to up to date news stories about the war in Iraq.

This is a great magazine for the too busy to read long articles person like me.

My two favorite parts of the magazine are "good week for and bad week for" and "what to buy for those who have everything" spots.

"Good week for The King, after Elvis Presley regained his proper berth as the world's highest-earning dead celebrity."

"Bad week for The Mile High Club, after Singapore Airlines announced that passengers would not be allowed to have sex in the luxury double-bed suites aboard its new fleet of Airbus A380 jets."

The one I am reading now has Tabletop Vacuum pot for $62.21 for those who have everything. The Week features odd and unusual gifts each time in that part of the magazine! I love reading about products that I have never read about or knew existed.

Includes sections: Only in America, Boring but important, The world at a glance, The main stories and how they were covered, It wasn't all bad (about something bad that happened but turned out to be good in the end)People,Controversy of the week, The world at a glance, Gossip, Briefing (each week one longer story on a topic), Best Columns:The US, Best Columns around the world, Noted (Facts on different items), Talking Points, Wit & Wisdom, Poll Watch, Cartoons, Health & Science, Arts, Novel of the week, The Book List, Author of the week, Review of reviews:Stage, Music, Where to buy: art, Film, Leisure: Food & Drink (Always a fantastic new recipe each week, sometimes a few recipes), Restaurants, Travel, Wine, Hotel of the week, Best properties on the market & steal of the week, Consumer includes a review of a car and the best..reusable water bottles for the one I am looking at now!, Tip of the Week...how to care for your clothes
for the one I am looking at, The Internet: this week is sites for buying paintings but is different each week, Obituaries, Business, Workplace, The news at a glance, The bottom line, Spotlight,Best columns, The Last Word and much more.

You can find great deals on this magazine through Ebay or other online places. It is well worth it!
