AWESOME

The Black Parade is by far the best album written in the history of the band My Chemical Romance. It is also holds the best concept for an album in the history of forever. This is My Chemical Romance’s third album I believe, and is very elaborate. I like that it also commemorates art, as the cd booklet folds out into a poster that is very elaborate. This album is not only for the “emo” generation, for they sure will have a ball with this music, but is listenable for people who love Panic at the Disco, to some extent. The lyrics of each song are a work of art also. Songs such as Welcome to the Black Parade, Famous Last Words, and the Sharpest Lives each tell different stories, but all contribute to a great concept in this story album. Each song was written to in whole tell a story of a man who is dying of cancer. Each of the songs has different sounds also, and do not all sound the same, as some albums have a problem of jumping that hurdle. This album will attract many new listeners who were never big fans of My Chemical Romance, and attract them to new genres and beyond. This is a great purchase.
