The Door To December

Laura is a mother who was without her child for years because her husband kidnapped her and wasn't found for six years. When she asks her husband for a divorce he decides to whisk their daughter away including emptying out their bank account. After being AWOL for six years he is found dead and later Melanie's daughter is found wandering around naked.

This story is disturbing but even more so because it's scarily plausible. It is a weird trip into the minds of some rather twisted individuals. Have the kleenix handy because you'll need it when in this world and as you piece together what was done to this little girl.

Dan is a cop who catches the case when three bodies are found in a house in Studio City. It is puzzling because no one can figure out what weapon was used and why there were no defensive wounds. The killings continue something seems to be after them along with Melanie.

Melanie is a victim of torture and horrors that were inflicted upon this child by her father and his band of merry psychos. They each believe that their experiment was done for the greater good but they forgot about what is said about payback. This poor kid is so withdrawn into herself alone in her head struggling with some serious stuff no kid or anyone should have to deal with.
