A must for people with panic

I bought this book because I have agoraphobia. It is where you have a fear of open spaces, so badly that you have trouble leaving your safe place, for me mine is my house. All though I'm getting better, I still have trouble. This book is excellent. It teaches you to do more positive thinking, and stop worrying about things before they happen. It has exercises in it which will help you with your fear and put it into terms where you like ok this is not really that scary. If you know someone or you suffer from anxiety your self then I suggest that you get this book. You can help yourself or someone else.
