Pros: Professional oven system offering convection and standard cooking methods. Classy unit.

Cons: Wish it had a "hidden" digital clock and digital features.

The Bottom Line: Great looking, professional oven system with a ton of cooking options. I would prefer the model with the digital controls but otherwise recommend this unit.
