Best bang for a hundred bucks

The Bottom Line: If you need great sound in a small space and don't want to shell out a bunch of money, this is your answer. Get one and see for yourself.
Review: I'd been looking for a small radio that had (1) good sound, and (2) a good tuner for the crowded desktop in my home office. The Tivoli Audio Henry Kloss Model One fits that bill perfectly.

I love the simplicity and the clean, retro-design...

OK, but not quite up to the hype

The Bottom Line: Try it if reception conditions are good or stations you want are strong. Don't expect miracles on weak or borderline stations.
Review: Bought this to replace my ugly old "Optimus" (GE) desk/portable. Initially impressed, but when I tried different stations, I found the reception mediocre- and this was one of the selling points. Several strong local stations came in at more than one...
