Worst Toaster Ever!

This was a very disappointing appliance. We received it as a gift and were excited because we really needed a 4 slice toaster. We have never been able to get a good piece of toast out of it. Two of the slots hardly toast at all. The toast has to be run through at least twice and even then, only 1 side is toasted. The other 2 slots seem to burn everything. The other problem is that floppier pieces of bread tend to get stuck very easily. Then they burn and break into tiny pieces. The same thing happens with Pop Tarts, which this toaster has a special setting for. Overall, a worthless appliance.
