Tastes like the real thing!

Todd Wilbur's "knock-off's" of favorite restaurant recipes are so close to the real thing, people will think you've gone for take-out! Restaurants are listed alphabetically, with 3 or 4 favorite recipes from each one. Some of my personal favorites are the Chi-Chi's sweet corn cake, The Cheesecake Factory's Key Lime Cheesecake, the Olive Garden's Italian Salad Dressing, and Planet Hollywood's Chicken Crunch (a must-try!)

This book not only gives recipes, but also gives little tidbits of obscure information about each restaurant that make it an interesting read, even if you don't plan to cook the recipe. He also includes a hand-drawn "diagram" of what each dish should look like.

I have many cookbooks in my kitchen, but Todd Wilbur's are ones that I keep turning to over and over again!
