1998 CAMRY

I had this car for 2 years until I bought my 2008 Camry. The car had 150,000 miles on it when I first bought itand it had 175,000 miles on it when I sold it. I used it for work and school commutes, and also for some long trips.

Interior: The seats were cloth and were comfortable even for long drives. The interior was roomy for me (I'm a Big guy) and had leg room in the back. Plastic buttons were not the most elegant but did their job and didn't break.

Exterior: The car was asthetically pleasing and had good paint. The paint was not faded and there is no rust on the car(I'm from NY). The car was decent with the wind noise that is heard at high speeds. It was better than most of my older cars but my new Camry is a lot quieter.

Powertrain: A v6 engine provided plenty of power and allowed for easy acceleration. The fuel efficency was great for the V6 engine that it had. The automatic transmission was smooth shifting and shifted quick when there was fast acceleration. You could also choose to shut the overdrive feature off if you wanted. All the other underhood components were good without any major problems.

Overall: This was a great car that ran without problems even though it had high mileage. The car also retained it's value and I sold it for only $300 dollars less than what I bought it for after 2 years and 25000 miles. A great used car and it convinced me to purchase a new Camry.
