Author's Review
I'd been considering getting a keyboard for my PDA ever since I bought my palm pilot. I was a little leery of the electrical interface though, suspecting that over time the contacts would wear out. I love the Infrared interface for this keyboard. No connectors to break or wear out, and it doesn't broadcast to 30 feet away, like a blue tooth keyboard would.
It's a great little keyboard. I carry it with me everywhere I go. I even leave it set up on my desk at work with my phone on it, ready to send and receive emails, or instant messages.
It has one bothersome quirk, in that it seems to be sensitive to fluorescent lighting, and hangs up randomly. This bothered me quite a bit, until I figured out a solution. I took a black plastic spoon, broke the spoon end off, and placed it on top of my phone, covering the phone and the keyboard's IR sensors. This fix seems to be working really well.
