Nintenbabies is not for Babies.

No expert by far, and a novice at most video games i must say this game was by far the HARDEST darn game I have played on my DS thus far. Let me explain myself before you think…oh here we go another whiney person who complains about a game just because they can not master it.

The Concept
The story line or concept is cute. You are at your grandma's house she is out of town and look everyone is bringing their kids to a perfectly strange teenage girl to watch while they run errands and what not. They believe because granny has watched their kids in the past and did a fantabulous job that you will also.

WRONG. The game book really does not give you much information on how to calm these crying babies down. There is a stork who will give you the most basic of information which, is in no way helpful. I know its a game but what kind of parents are these! Leaving their kids with me when I don't even know how to take care of them...FOR SHAME

Game Play
Many of the activities that you use to take care of the children takes timing...very precise timing. There is points where the children are crying where you use the stylus to tap the screen to a certain pace to help the child go to sleep. This is VERY difficult to do. I found myself getting frustrated. The babies also need baths which are the easiest thing in the whole game, along with the need to be fed. The feeding sequence is kind of a pain and again the stylus is utilized. Timing which is key, is very difficult. Makes sure your stylus is calibrated very well or you will be there forever attempting to feed your baby. Also if you have the screen cover on you may have to take it off. I found that I had better game play when I took it off than when I had it on. Now my poor screen is unprotected but i did finally get that darn spoon in the babies’ mouth.
Throughout the game the parents let you know how displeased they are with your care and they hope that their kid has a better time next time they bring them. I screwed up so badly I am shocked that they came back. I guess inadequate babysitters are better than no babysitters at all. How some of those baby acted... I do not blame their moms & dads at all.
