Great product for the money

This humidifier is much better than others I have had.

Pros:
The large tank and it's ease of use. The tank lasts at least 24 hours and I really like being able to take the tank off to fill. That and its built in handle make for ease of use. I never liked getting other humidifier's electrical components near the water for fear the water would get someplace it shouldn't and then short out when I plugged it back in...that is virtually eliminated with this one.
The replacement filter was fairly inexpensive. The filter lasted a whole year for us. You notice the decrease in evaporated water when it needs to be changed.
There is a noticeable difference in the air quality with only a short time of use. The difference is enough for my 6 yr old daughter to notice. She reminds me to put it on if I happen to forget.

Cons:
We have used this humidifier almost 24-7 for a year now and it is now starting to break in several areas. I don't know if you can call it poor quality since we have used it probably more than what would be considered "normal". The housing started to warp a little and the tank didn't want to sit in the housing as snuggly as it used to. The fan has started getting a ticking noise to it and most recently a plastic piece on the cap broke off and the tank now leaks when not nestled in the housing.

Overall since we are looking to buy another one that should say something about our satisfaction with it.
