Visual Land VL-557 (2 GB) Digital Media Player

I have the VL-547 version, which is the 1GB version. I've had problems with the buttons not working. For a month or 2 the play button would not work. Then mysteriously it started working again.

After a few months of no use, tried to use it and the screen would not work. I can still use it as a flash drive, though. So it's not a complete loss.

The headphones stopped working only after a few months of use and I needed to buy a headphone adapter since the jack was small.

I tried to contact Visual Land after my buttons stopped working. It took several e-mails and over a month before I could get any response from Visual Land.

If you're looking for a high quality, reliable MP3 player, this one is not for you.
