V Tech Fly and learn globe

I think my children would enjoy this toy however the toy was broken right out of a box. The joystick never moved the magnifying glass. When I called the company for a replacement, and was placed on hold to talk to two different people, they were adamant that I pay a set fee for returning it. Most companies wouldn't hesitate to send out a new one immediately. Wal-mart graciously allowed me to return it for a full refund. This toy was not replaced by another fly and learn globe and I will most likely never buy a vtech toy again.
