Review for "Rey Mysterio: 619"

If you are a fan of wrestling, you will know that Rey Mysterio is one of the most exciting wrestlers of all time. If you are not a fan of wrestling, you will become one after watching this DVD. For the past 10 years, Rey Mysterio has been one of the most daring, high-flying, and technically proficient wrestlers to step foot in a wrestling ring. Whether it was in Mexico, WCW, WWE, this amazing athlete has been able to wow audience after audience with his extraordinary wrestling skills.

This DVD that was released by WWE chronicles Rey's career from his time in Mexico to his current place in the WWE. It is really one of the best wrestling DVD's out there, as it contains some great footage and some of Rey's(and wrestling in generals) best matches.

List of matches:

1. Rey in a six man match from a Mexican wrestling league
-This match was a good, high-flying match that showed the Mexican style of wrestling. Rey is about 19 or 20 in this match, but he looks like he is about 10!

2. Rey vs Dean Malenko (Great American Bash '96)
-This match was Rey's debut match in WCW. It is a great match between these two great athletes.

3. Rey vs Psychosis (Bash at the Beach '96)
-This is one of Rey's best matches, in my opinion. These wrestlers are two of the most daring of all time, and they execute many moves that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

4. Rey vs Dean Malenko (Nitro)
-This is the match where Rey wins his first WCW Cruiserweight Title. Dean Malenko, if you did not know, is one of the best technical wrestlers of all time.

5. Rey vs Eddie Guerrero (Halloween Havoc '97)
-This is the best match on the DVD, and possibly the best match of Rey' career. It was a mask vs title match, where Rey would have to remove his mask if he lost. It was rated the best match of 1997 by Pro Wrestling Illustrated.

6. Rey vs Chris Jericho (Bash at the Beach '98)
-This is not the best match that Rey has had with Jericho, but it is still good nonetheless.

7. Rey vs Chavo Guerrero (Smackdown!)
-This is Rey's WWE debut match from the summer of 2002. This match was an in-your-face style match that really showed that Rey meant business when he came to WWE.

8. Rey vs Jamie Noble (Smackdown!)
-This is probably my least favorite match on the DVD, but it is still a good match.

9. Rey vs Kurt Angle (Smackdown!)
-Any match involving Kurt Angle is a good match. This is probably one of the best matches ever on Smackdown!.

10. Rey vs Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit (Smackdown!)
-same as above, but with Chris Benoit thrown into the mix. These three wrestlers are some of the best to ever step into any wrestling ring, as you will see in this match.
