Best of the Bullets

This smoker is the very best of the water smokers. I have had mine for a little over a year now, and am happy with it. I consider it a great "starter" pit, but for many users there will never be a need to progress beyond it.

It gives you much more temperature control than some of the cheaper smokers, without needing modifications.

What matters most with a smoker is results, and you can get great results on this pit. It is used by many championship teams that regularly beat the results of many pits costing 10 or 20 times more.

It might take a while to get it right though. I have had some (fairly tasty) failures as well as some smashing successes. One of the more important things is to use HOT water in the water pan, don't use up your fuel heating up the water.
