I purchased this microwave due to the features it offered at a low cost. It will require two people to help lift into position, but it is light enough to not require two weight lifters.
After opening the package, the directions were clear and easy to follow. There are many mounting options, though it does require at least one wall stud (even though the bulk of the weight transferred to the cabinet). The wall bracket was slightly flimsy but it did not concern me too much.
After lining up the wall template and locating the stud, I had to use the template to drill the holes for the power cords and two cabinet bolts. The paper template for this part was a little confusing and cumbersome. Since they provided measurements from the wall/cabinet for every hole on the template, I simply measured everything manually and drilled the holes this way. It did take a little more time but in the end it was easier than trying to use the paper template.
After winging the hole drilling and crossing my fingers, my wife and I lifted everything into place and it fit perfectly. The two cabinet bolts snugged the microwave flush and level! Couldn't have had an easier install!
I have not used many of the features yet but what I have used has been great. The 'add 30 second' button is very handy. You can use it to add time to that bag of popcorn or as a quick start to cook something (press twice to start something at 60 seconds) with very few button presses.
A feature I will not be able to use is the exhaust fan. This microwave allows you to do a wall or ceiling exhaust, or a simple recirculation if an exhaust is not available. Since I do not have an exhaust in the ceiling or wall, the air is coming back out of the unit into the kitchen. It is being forced upward and out of 'smell range', which is nice.
