Big Disappointment!
Pros:
The nice-looking contoured door styling and the unique water dispenser.
Cons:
Six different models were damaged (one didn't cool properly). Water dispenser dripped, ice stuck together.
The Bottom Line:
Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with this model (actually, it was more like six BAD experiences). I'd steer clear if I were you!

Author's Review
We bought this model mainly because of it's nice-looking contoured styling and unique water dispensing system -- not to mention Whirlpool's good reputation.
I liked the water dispenser because it's the tallest I've seen. It also has a pull out ledge so you can rest cups, pitchers or small pots on it as you fill. It electronically dislpays the amount of cups or ounces being dispensed. Very innovative.
HOWEVER... After a few weeks, we found the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Milk was going bad before the expiration date, and the ice was sticking together into one big clump. Also, the water dispenser seemed to drip a lot (I was told this is normal).
Sears was great. They agreed to replace it for a new one. On the morning of delivery, after I'd already scheduled my day around it, I got a call saying they'd found a damage on the new one and couldn't deliver it. They rescheduled for the following week and, guess what? The same thing happened! Once again, they'd found a damage and couldn't deliver it. So that's three refrigerators so far.
They delivered number four several days later, and it arrived VERY dusty and dirty, with a small dent on the bottom. I didn't like the idea of having to scrub down a brand new, expensive refrigerator. Where was it sitting, to have been so dirty (aren't they boxed?!).
So, for refrigerator number FIVE (can you believe it?!), I was assured it would be carefully pre-inspected. The new refrigerator was taken fresh out of the box in our driveway when -- ta-da! -- what do we see but a HUGE dent across the entire side!
Sears was apologetic and offered us $75 to accept the dented refrigerator. I declined. All I wanted was a new refrigerator that worked well and wasn't damaged. That shouldn't be so hard, right? And of course, they couldn't get me another one right away, so again we had to wait several days.
I got a voice mail on the morning our SIXTH refrigerator was to arrive. Believe it or not, they'd found a damage and I'd have to call to reschedule a new delivery. No Thanks -- we're done. We've been patient up until now, but come on...
Sears has been great about it so far, and I don't blame them. It's just been a LOT of bad luck. But I wouldn't recommend this model AT ALL. If Whirlpool can't get it right after so many times, they've obviously got a problem!
So...if you're considering this model, good luck!
