Bargain!

The Bottom Line: Great picture for the money, easy to order, delivered right to the door, fits in smaller entertainment centers
The TV is great! I don't watch a lot of TV but I wanted something to watch movies on. I also needed something under 33" wide because I was putting it into an antique armoire. I shopped around for a while at Best Buy and Brandsmart to compare picture quality and find a tv with the right dimensions (a near impossible task), and on a whim went to WalMart. I was pleasantly surprised to find the iLO 3200 looked great, was the right size, AND was reasonably priced ($998.98) when compared to other "brand name" LCDs Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock, just the floor model and it wasn't for sale.
I waited for a few of months to see if the tv would be back on the shelf, I wasn't in a hurry, but the local stores stopped stocking it. So, I ordered the iLO 3200 from WalMart.com; only now it was marked down to $790.00 (It cost about $850.00 with taxes and shipping). It arrived in 1 week via UPS.
The stand doesn't look flimsy, but I can see how some people may worry if they have their tv in a high traffic area; it was a little wobbly when I was setting up the cables. I keep mine in an armoire that I close when I'm not watching it so bumping the tv is not an issue that concerns me.
The remote is crappy, but it's not such a big deal. I plan on replacing it with a universal remote in the near future.
Overall, I highly recommend this tv if you want something nice and don't want to pay a fortune for it. My friend bought a Sony last week and my tv looks just as good but cost $600 less.
Note: The dimensions on the website are incorrect, the tv is 31.5 inches across, not the 39 inches that the product details list.
