palm LifeDrive handheld rocks!!!

Novice owner, did at first load every option on installation CD onto handheld, big error. Had resets, erased hard drive with palm support, added all palm upgrades and keyboard driver, support excellent! Selectively reloaded, excluded Rapsody, email or phone connect! Have loaded much 3rd party nurse stuff,upgraded DataViz, pocket tunes deluxe. Product in my pocket x 1.5 years, on the job with M.D.'s, patient and continuing education, net surfing at home. Problems with auto load 3rd party messages - deleted this, easy on LifeDrive. Little kid dropped my LifeDrive, synced & survived - amazing! Use SD card reader / writer, 3rd party programs with cards seem to be cause of boot loop error, palm support-great. Would buy another just for music/pictures in a heartbeat. Only once has LifeDrive fail to turn on. Watch what you load.
