Pros: None, Don't get drawn in by price, you will pay for it in the end
Cons: Epson completely disables every function of the printer when it 'says' its out of ink
The Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Epson has no ethics and forces you to buy ink when you don't need it. Go buy a real printer from a real ethical company

I bought this printer because it was cheap and looked nice. Well, that was a really bad idea. Epson's ink scam won't let you print when the printer 'says' it is out of ink, and it said my color cartridges were less than half way full after two weeks...

Pros: rubber buttons
Cons: cheap parts, lacking in features
The Bottom Line: Get another brand. For a similar price there has got to be something better (Panasonic maybe)!

Pros: Ease of use, good scanner, features/settings.
Cons: No supplied Vista CD; Unpacking instructions, copies do not collate.
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for print copy, fax and scan capabilities that large offices have, but for home office/small business use, then the MFC 7820 should be seriously considered.
