Good Concept - Poor Assembly Quality

Pros: When working properly it does cool a room down.

Cons: Atrocious assembly quality does not bode well for longevity.

The Bottom Line:

Don't buy used, without a warranty, you could be out some coin.

Select a retailer who will replace a failed unit rather than send it out for repair.

A Good Solution to a Common Problem

Pros: Solves air conditioning requirements for nearly any home. Keeps things cool.

Cons: Takes up floor space and has to have the water emptied from time to time.

The Bottom Line: This unit is easy to install and attractive outside. It takes up floor space, but gets the job done. It's a good solution to cooling problems for the average home.
