Garmin Service is Horrible

Pros: None - Sales without service is useless.
Cons: Extremely Bad Service.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: After purchasing this relatively expensive unit I wanted to add Points of Interest to add value.

Good luck getting any support or help on the product. The web site mentions a Points of Interest CD that was discontinued in March and offers...
