My wife was getting frustrated with her old dual core system because it was too slow for some of the modern applications. (Wow, back in the day we would be happy for two cores; we walked uphill to school both ways back in the old days)...

Pros: Great features, everything a modern PC should have, especially if you edit graphics or video.
Cons: No support for issues that should have been resolved before the product was released.
The Bottom Line: As much as I'd love to rant about this machine, poor customer support and the inability for HP to stand behind their product prohibits me from it's praise.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Being partial to Dells, I was a little apprehensive about purchasing an HP. I had my previous Dell for nearly 8 years - upgrading it when necessary - however it was time to put it out to pasture. The features on this machine were too good to pass...
