Pros: You need not be a computer geek to work this unit.

Cons: At the higher 52X speed is a little noisy.

The Bottom Line: The more I read from the manual, the less complexity it is. It is also fun to learn from your mistakes too.

Pros: easy operate and the stand is great. Lightscribe works like a charm!

Review: This Memorex external recorder/burner is lightning fast and simple to operate. I have had terrible luck burning DVDs with my laptop and this piece of equipment fixed that problem fast! It sometimes took 7 hours to Burn a Real Player DVD on my Laptop...
