Pros: I did not see any.
Cons: Does not work on a brand new computer and system.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: The system is easy to install, but setting is impossible. While scanning for channels the computer freezes. Not even one radio or TV channel was found. The company charges $25 per call for technical assistance. One needs a special adapter to connect...

Nice product.... when it works :(

Pros: Easy to use. Renders video quickly. HD compatible.
Cons: Terrible customer support. Video capture hangs up constantly.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I use this product to transfer HI-8 camcorder video and TV shows from my HD-DVR onto my laptop. Usually the software will hang during capture. It will stop capturing the video but continue capturing audio prompting me to stop the capture and restart...
