When deemed appropriate, replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed defective. In such cases, a return authorization label must be obtained and placed on the outside of the returned carton. Any carton without a return authorization label on the box will be refused. Mylar balloons that have been punctured, cut or over inflated will not be replaced.
