We schedule all online and telephone orders received by 5:00 p.m., local time, and all fax orders received by 3:00 p.m., local time, for delivery on the next business day. Our no-charge delivery policy does not apply to orders shipped by UPS to areas that are not covered by our own delivery system. Orders delivered outside of our local trading areas will be assessed delivery charges based on the aggregate weight of your total order. The estimated shipping charges shown at each individual line item are provided as a guideline for those specific products. The shipping weight includes all packaging and materials associated with the product, and may differ from the product specification weight.
